My group needs to pay separately. How do I do that?

When you make your reservation, the payment screen will give you the option to pay deposit instead of your full balance. Select that option, and then the rest of the team can pay upon arrival!

My group is larger than the listed capacity of the game I want. Can I play anyway?

Sometimes, but no guarentees. Give us a call at (615) 900-0355 and we'll see what we can do.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my game?

To cancel or reschedule your game, please call us at (615) 900-0355. Please note the following:
Full refunds are available if a cancellation is made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled game time.
No refunds may be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking. 
Once a booking is rescheduled refunds are no longer available.
Guests may reschedule their booking up to three times with no fee. Upon the fourth reschedule request, a $15 rescheduling fee is required for each following reschedule, due immediately.

While we always try our best to accommodate walk-ins, we can't guarantee availability. We always recommend making a reservation to ensure we have a game available that suits your needs.
